Welded frame with dual coating: The main frame is constructed from 1.5mm to 2.0mm cold-rolled steel with continuous CO₂ shielded arc welding at all joints. After welding, the entire enclosure undergoes degreasing, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating (minimum 70μm) in RAL 7035. This dual-layer protection significantly outperforms riveted or bolt-assembled boxes in corrosive environments.
Hinged door with 130° opening: The front door is fitted with heavy-duty stainless steel hinges allowing 130° opening, plus a three-point locking mechanism (top, middle, bottom) with a DIN standard handle. A transparent instrument window is provided for meter reading without opening the door.
Removable side and rear panels: Both side panels and the rear panel are removable using a standard hex key. This allows 360° access to internal components during installation or maintenance — a feature rarely found in low-cost distribution boxes.
Universal mounting rails: Internally, the cabinet is fitted with both perforated mounting plates (for screw-mounted devices) and top-hat DIN rails (for snap-on devices). This dual-system design accommodates any brand of MCCB, MCB, contactor, or terminal block.

Incoming isolation switch with door interlock: The main incoming switch handle is mechanically interlocked with the front door — the door cannot be opened unless the main switch is in the OFF position. This safety feature prevents accidental contact with live parts.
Silk-screened circuit labeling: Every circuit position is clearly labeled on the inner mounting plate using wear-resistant silk-screened printing. Labels do not fade or peel off like adhesive stickers.
