Development History of Lugao Power Co., Ltd.

• 2009
  Shanghai Liugao Power Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, focusing on the R&D and sales of power system supporting equipment, laying a solid foundation for development in the power sector.

  
  

• 2014
  In response to the growing demand for distribution network upgrades, the company established a new Ring Main Unit (RMU) Department, independently carrying out the design, assembly, and testing of RMU products, which were first applied in urban distribution network renovation projects.

  

• 2016
  A new High and Low Voltage Switchgear Department was added, with a standardized switchgear assembly line put into operation. The product portfolio covers mainstream cabinet types including KYN28, GCK, and MNS, with an annual production capacity exceeding 2,000 panels, successfully entering the power distribution markets of industrial enterprises and commercial complexes.

  

• 2019
  A new Power Transformer Department was established, introducing core equipment for vacuum casting and winding. The company gained independent R&D and production capabilities for both oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, extending the product line to cover the entire power distribution chain.

  

• 2022
  A new Circuit Breaker Department was added, with a focus on developing key technologies for vacuum circuit breakers and SF6 circuit breakers. The company achieved independent production of core components, significantly enhancing the cost-effectiveness and delivery reliability of its full product range.

  

• 2023
  The company officially launched its outdoor isolator switches, outdoor insulators, and associated fittings product series, filling key gaps in outdoor overhead line applications and forming a complete product matrix ranging from primary equipment to line accessories.

  

• 2024
  In line with a group-level strategic upgrade, the company was officially renamed Lugao Power Co., Ltd. In the same year, the company completed the full-supply-chain integration for outdoor line products, achieving a comprehensive transformation from single-equipment supply to full-scenario power transmission and distribution solutions.

  

• 2024–2026
  A new independent packaging and logistics shipping area was added, enabling coordinated one-stop services from bulk packaging of regular products to customized component assembly. Delivery efficiency increased by 40%, with an annual comprehensive production capacity exceeding 50,000 units/sets. Products are now widely used in urban distribution networks, industrial parks, new energy grid integration, and infrastructure projects.
