All windings are impregnated with solventless insulating varnish under vacuum, removing internal air and allowing the varnish to fully penetrate between turns, layers, and to ground. After curing, it forms a monolithic "solid" structure with thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, and moisture resistance far exceeding standard impregnation processes.
The low-voltage outlet box features a flame-retardant insulating support panel, with ample electrical clearance (>20mm) between copper busbars. Cable entries utilize multi-seal gaskets and cable glands, compatible with various armored or rubber-sheathed cables, preventing moisture ingress along the cable into the box.
The enclosure is manufactured using laser cutting, CNC bending, and robotic welding, with all seams continuously sealed. Doors feature three-point locking handles and weather-resistant sealing gaskets. The top cover is designed as an angled rain shield and includes lifting eye bolts for convenient outdoor hoisting.

Q1: Isn't this Air Cooling Outdoor Isolation Dry Type Transformer more prone to overheating and burning out compared to a regular oil-immersed transformer?
A: Quite the opposite. Although air has a lower thermal conductivity than oil, our product uses Class H insulation (rated for 180°C) and the VPI vacuum impregnation process. Heat from the windings is efficiently conducted away and dissipated through the enclosure. For the same capacity, our design has a larger temperature rise margin, making it less likely to suffer the burnout failures caused by oil leakage and subsequent low oil levels in traditional units. Q2: On rainy days outdoors, won't rainwater enter through the cooling louvers and cause a short circuit inside?
A: No. Our enclosure protection rating is IP54. The louvers feature an internal labyrinth-style channel and metal mesh screen. Tests show that even with direct spray from the front at a rainfall intensity of 10mm per minute, the interior remains completely dry. All cable entry ports use explosion-grade sealed glands, completely blocking any path for moisture ingress.
